Custom Standing Seam Fabrication

For our standing seam metal roofs we use a roll forming machine to create our roof panels in our warehouse or even on site! This machine allows us produce panels up to 60 feet in length meaning your roof will have no vertical seams!

In addition, we have all custom bending equipment so that your roof will be able to expand and contract properly unlike metal roof systems that come in a kit!

Standing Seam Material

Galvalume is sheet steel coated with 55% aluminum, 45% zinc alloy and finished with a Kynar coating to reflect sunlight and allow for 35 years of color retention without fading!
This durable combination of metals ensures a lack of rust or corrosion for the life of the product while allowing durability and toughness with a walk able roof surface.

Aluminum is guaranteed to NEVER rust, rot or corrode even when installed with close proximity to the ocean. Ideal for Jersey shore residences located within 2 miles of the coastline.

Low Slope Standing Seam Options

For low sloping roofs we recommend our mechanically seamed panel that can be installed on roofs with as little of a slope as ½ inch per foot! Never replace or repair your flat roof again…metal has a 50 + year life expectancy versus 10 years of a rubber torch down roof!
